Is it possible to smoke outside the rooms, and do any of the studios include a bathtub?

There are no bathtubs in the ground floor studios, but smoking is allowed outside as long as it doesn't disturb other guests with all windows and doors closed.
Can I check in early if I arrive at 8 am, and if not, is there a place to store my luggage?
